CSS September 2023 Start-Up

Welcome back Chatelech students and families!

We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer and are as excited as we are to be back.

 

Administrative staff will officially be back in the building on Aug. 28^th; however, we wanted to provide you with some helpful start-up information.  More information will follow in the coming weeks so please ensure that you check your email regularly.  

 

Please note that we will be providing student schedules and lockers on the follow days during the week of Aug 29th-Sept. 30^th

 

Tuesday Aug. 29^th:

Grade 12 @ 9:30-11:00 Schedules & Locker selection

Grade 11 @ 1:00-2:30 Schedules & Locker selection

 

Wednesday Aug. 30^th:

Grade 10 @ 9:30-11:00 Schedules & Locker distribution

Grade 9 @ 1:00-2:30 Schedules & Locker distribution

 

Thursday Aug. 31st

Grade 8 Last name A-M @ 9:30-11:00 Schedules & Locker distribution

Grade 8 Last name N-Z @ 1:00-2:30 Schedules & Locker distribution

 

Students who are unable to make these dates and times can pick up their schedule during homeroom on the first day of school.  Homeroom lists will be posted in the main foyer and at the main office during the week of Aug 29 -Sept.5.    

We will be sending out a First Day schedule (Sept. 5) at the end of next week.

 

Note: For any student looking to make changes to their schedule, there will be sign-up sheets outside the counselling room door.  It will be a first come first serve process and all changes will be done in person with the counsellor, not via phone or email.  Grade 12 students will be given priority for courses, then grade 11’s.  Students who have holes or spaces in their timetables will also be given priority.
