Report Cards

On Thursday, November 26, we will be posting our Report Cards through the MyEd portal.    We have attached the procedure for logging in and accessing the portal in this email. Families can access these reports using their personalized MyEd accounts.   New students to Chatelech will receive an email this week with a login and password to use to access the portal.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, we are unable to host our traditional Parent Teacher interviews for this semester.  However, we value the opportunity for parents/guardians/caregiver to connect with our teachers to discuss their concerns about their child’s progress in class.  We ask that any parent/guardian/caregiver who has a concern about their child’s report card please email the teacher directly by Monday, November 30 to request a phone conversation.   Teacher emails are formatted in the following manner (first letter of first name, last name

When you email, please state the following:

  • Child’s full name and Grade:_________________________
  • Full Name of Parent to call:______________________________
  • Best number to reach you:__________________________

To accommodate this connection time, and to ensure the safety of everyone, teachers will be phoning parents on Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm.  Please be available during this time if you have made a request to be contacted. Due to time constraints, we please ask only parents with concerns reach out to the classroom teacher.  At this time, we will only be addressing academic classes, not Homeroom time.
